We are fully insured and bonded general contractors with a Home Improvement license. In addition, our licensed special riggers allow us to perform restoration. Cypress has forged strong business relationships that have brought us many repeat clients.

Bien Sanchez
Bien Sanchez is the founder of Cypress construction, Cypress Restoration and Cypress Green Construction, bringing more than 50 years of experience to the construction and restoration industry. He began his career in Spain, where he developed his expertise in project management before relocating to New York City. There, he worked, for restoration companies gaining valuable experience on complex restoration projects. As the founder and owner of Cypress, Bien has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, safety, and integrity. He also holds a Special Rigger License, reflecting his advanced qualifications and commitment to delivering projects with the highest professional standards.
Victor Sanchez
Victor Sanchez grew up in the family construction business and brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is a licensed Construction Superintendent and has extensive experience in rigging and construction operations. His commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction has helped establish Cypress Green Construction as a trusted contractor for commercial and residential projects throughout New York City.
Victor’s education includes a high school diploma from the United Nations International School, along with an IB Certificate in Spanish. He attended UMass Amherst, LaGuardia Community College, and Baruch College, earning a degree in Business Administration. He also completed a Certificate in Construction Management from NYC Tech and graduated from Cohort 30 of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Under Victor’s leadership, Cypress Green Construction is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, innovative solutions, and safe, reliable service on every project.
