Advise on design and development of construction and restoration projects including residential, commercial, and water facilities such as spas, water sports, and wellness facilities. Plan and direct projects, including estimating costs, budgeting, methods, and scheduling. Develop quality control programs and monitor compliance with environmental and other regulations, in addition to safety codes.
Bachelor's in civil engineering required, with one year of work as a construction manager or civil engineer involving water facilities such as spas, water sports, and wellness facilities.
